All inclusive CFO Package:

$3,500 per month

Includes:

• Financial statement preparation for one Fund, Mgmt. Co. and one General Partner.
• Capital call/distribution notices and calculations
• Oversee annual Fund audit and tax prepartion
• Cashflow planning and bookkeeping for all three entities
• Review all investment closing documents
• K-1 Distribution
• Hosted Portal for investors

Do you have multiple Funds?  Don't worry, they can be added to this package.  Each additional Fund is $2,000.

This package assumes that you have under 50 limited partners and less 15 investments per year.  Additional charges will apply for larger funds.  If your bigger than what I've described then you probably need a full time CFO or full time Controller with fractional CFO oversite.

$5,000 per month.

Do you need someone to oversee your full time accounting staff and pull all of the pieces together?  I can do that as well.  If you have staff to take care of the day to day accounting and investor correspondance I can manage that for you.
