Nichole M. Guerrette

Consulting CFO and SBIC Operating/Regulations Consultant 

Nichole is a graduate of Salem State College, where she earned a BS in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration and Endicott College where she earned a MBA. After serving as a staff accountant for S. Mullen & Associates, she joined Brook Venture Partners in 2004, where she served as the Manager of Administration & Finance and then Controller. 

As a Controller, Nichole’s scope of responsibilities included the preparation of financial statements and budgets; fulfilling compliance requirements and regulatory reporting with the SBA; and overseeing annual audits and the SBA’s annual examinations. She also managed all treasury and human resource activities, including payroll and benefits.

Nichole enjoys the venture capital industry and the sense of accomplishment that comes with being part of a small team focused on creating value for portfolio companies and investors. She takes satisfaction in serving her clients' needs by providing them timely and accurate financial information.  She is also an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College's Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies where she teaches accounting and finance.

Outside of the office, Nichole appreciates time outdoors—from biking, hiking, skiing, gardening to spending quality time with her family.
